2 Services We Provide

ContentsPros provides contents restoration services in the Denver area, including pack-out, cleaning and restoration, climate-controlled storage, delivery and pack-back, and related water and fire pack-out services. The specific scope of work for your project will be described in your estimate, work authorization, or written agreement.

3 Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and the conditions observed during assessment. Actual costs may change if the scope of work, the extent of damage, or the number of items differs from what was originally assessed. We will communicate any material changes to you before proceeding where reasonably possible.

4 Scheduling & Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to perform services at the scheduled times. Because we respond to emergencies, schedules may shift due to urgent jobs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust our crews.

5 Payment & Insurance

Payment is due as set out in your estimate, work authorization, or agreement. When your project is covered by insurance, we can coordinate documentation and billing with your carrier or adjuster, but you remain responsible for any deductibles, non-covered items, and amounts not paid by your insurer.

Authorizing us to coordinate with your insurance company does not transfer your payment obligation to your insurer unless your policy and carrier confirm direct payment arrangements.

6 Your Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property and the items to be serviced.
  • Disclose known hazards, such as hazardous materials, structural issues, or pets, before work begins.
  • Remove or identify irreplaceable, high-value, or sentimental items so they can be handled with appropriate care.
  • Provide accurate insurance and contact information when you ask us to coordinate a claim.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContentsPros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8 Warranties & Disclaimers

We perform our services with reasonable care and skill consistent with industry standards. Certain items affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold may not be fully restorable, and we cannot guarantee that every item can be returned to its pre-loss condition. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, our services are provided without other warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Colorado.
